Overview
Connect your BlueJeans or Zoom account directly to your platform. BlueJeans and Zoom integrations allow your booths and catalogs to use your own meeting accounts for sessions and events.

Step by Step Walkthrough
Step 1 - Gather Your Web Conferencing API Information
For Zoom
You will need a Zoom account administrator login in order to connect your Zoom account to the platform.
- Log into your Zoom admin account
- Go to https://marketplace.zoom.us/
- Or access the marketplace from your zoom dashboard underneath "Advanced" in the side menu

Go to the develop dropdown button right next to the manage button, then click Build App.

Click “Create” for the Server-to-Server OAuth app
- Add a name for the app (this name can be anything)
- Next the system will provide the app credentials, collect the Account ID, Client ID, and Client Secret.
- Continue the app setup in Zoom, fill in all required fields and on Scope Section, select "Add Scopes"
- Next, select all the available scopes for Zoom Meeting, Zoom Webinar and Users
- FInally, on the last step, select "Activate your app"
Step 2 - Log into the site
Find the “Login” button in the upper right-hand corner of the site’s homepage or login directly from the site’s login screen.
Step 3 - Go to your dashboard
If you are not taken to your dashboard after logging in, click your name and then "My Dashboard" in the upper right-hand corner of the site.
Step 4 - Navigate to Integrations
From the dashboard, select the Integrations* menu item in the left-hand side navigation bar.
*This feature must first be enabled for the platform
Step 5 - Connect Your Zoom Account to the Platform
- Select the Manage button in the "Credentials" column for Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars, and add your Zoom Account ID, Client ID, and Client Secret in the corresponding fields.
- The Zoom Account ID, Client ID, and Client Secret are the same for both Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinars.
- Next, select the catalogs or booths that you want to have access to the Zoom accounts.
